Christian Coptic is a Coptic Orthodox prayer, Bible study, and church directory platform. We are committed to protecting your privacy. Currently, we collect minimal information:

Questions and answers entered in the Bible Assistant are stored anonymously to improve the service. Please don't include personal details.

If you sign up for updates, we store your email address and your language only, to send the daily readings, feast and fast reminders, and the saint of the day. You can unsubscribe at any time by emailing tech@getrockettech.com.

• This site uses PostHog and Vercel Analytics for anonymous usage analytics.
• No user accounts yet. Authentication is planned for a later version
• A language preference saved in a cookie and on this device, used only to remember English or Arabic
• No tracking cookies beyond essential analytics and that language preference

The limited data we collect is used to:

• Understand which features are most valuable to our community

• Send the daily readings, feast and fast reminders, and the saint of the day to people who signed up

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure headers, and trusted third-party services (Vercel, Supabase). No payment information is collected.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following trusted services:

• Vercel — hosting and analytics
• PostHog — anonymous usage analytics
• Supabase — anonymous Bible Assistant questions, email signups (the address and language only), and the app database prepared for future accounts
• coptic.io — Coptic Orthodox Agpeya, Katameros, Synaxarium, fasting, and liturgical calendar
• OpenAI — Bible AI features (when an API key is configured)

6. Your Rights

We do not collect an account profile today. Bible Assistant text is stored without a name, as described above. If you signed up by email, we keep that address and your language only for those updates, and you can unsubscribe anytime by emailing tech@getrockettech.com. When authentication is implemented, users will have full rights to access, modify, and delete their data. You can change or clear your language preference at any time from the language control on this site.

We will update this privacy policy as new features are implemented. Major changes will be communicated through the site.
